2015 was an exciting year for Kent Gush Properties. Not only did our team grow, we celebrated our sixth anniversary, grew our development portfolio and achieved record sales for the company. Based on 2015 sales results, it is apparent, that residential property, specifically in certain suburbs within Gauteng, continues to be a secure investment. The explosion of both residential and commercial developments in and around Gauteng's suburbs is visibly evident. Even though South Africa's financial markets, currency and resources have been volatile for most of 2015, residential property has remained stable and is still considered a solidly performing asset.
