The company makes use of a marketing manager to ensure that all communication and marketing materials are prepared timeously and readily available to assist in the sales process detailed below. 

The marketing manager works in collaboration with the developer’s team of marketing professionals, or the preferred marketing agency as appointed by Kent Gush Properties.

Administration

Amanda Langenhoven and her team are responsible for ensuring that the sales process is followed through to transfer once the customer has signed and completed the relevant documentation. She provides weekly feedback and actions to the developers of the current status of all new sales and deals in progress.
